Data Template Guidelines
- Exact Match Engraving: We engrave exactly what you type. We do not spellcheck, auto-capitalize, or correct formatting. If you want ALL CAPS, please type in ALL CAPS.
- Blank Lines: If you only need 1 or 2 lines of text, simply leave the extra columns blank. Text is automatically centered vertically and horizontally on every tag.
- Character Limits: For maximum legibility, keep text under 20 characters/line for 1"×3" tags and under 15 for 0.75"×2" tags. Text auto-scales to fit boundaries.
- Batching Rules: Upload one spreadsheet per size and color combination (e.g., do not mix 1x3 Black tags and 2x4 Red warning tags in the same spreadsheet).
Accepted formats: .CSV, .XLSX, .XLS (Max 10MB). Text is engraved exactly as submitted.
